2020 Reading Goals

Happy New Year! I hope it is a great year for anyone reading this. This is one of my favorite times of the year. I love goal setting. I have only recently started doing this, but have enjoyed it nonetheless. This year I am trying something totally new. I am keeping track of my goals in a bullet journal. Fair warning, I am new at this. I also am not an artist, but its fun so I am going to keep at it.

This is my Yearly TBR spread. It consists of books that I have been dying to read. Some I received at Christmas, some I don’t own yet. These are the titles I hope to get to this year:

The Bear and the Nightingale

The Winter Sisters

Winterwood

Starless Sea

Nevernight

Crescent City

The Conference of the Birds

The Queen of Nothing

I have set 7 goals for myself this year.

  1. Complete my Goodreads Challenge of 75 books.
  2. Complete the Modern Mrs. Darcy Challenge.
  3. Use the library more.
  4. Read more books by John Steinbeck
  5. Log pages read.
  6. Read outside of my comfort zone.
  7. Set up my personal library.

This is my challenge spread. For the Goodreads Challenge each star represents five books. When I have read five books I will color in a star. My Modern Mrs. Darcy Challenge page is just the page you receive when you sign up for the challenge.

I am looking forward to a new reading year. Let me know your reading goals!

  1. This looks awesome! I have an entertainment bullet journal where I keep track of what I read, etc. so I should really make lists of things I want to read and all that too. I do a monthly link up called Keep It Together (all things planning/memory keeping) every THIRD Thursday of the month if you want to link this post, or any other BUJO posts. 🙂 We’d love to have you!
